PRODUCTS
1. All products listed are subject to availability.
2. Every effort has been made to ensure that the images of our products shown are accurate representations of the actual items. However, Closet Affaires cannot guarantee that there will not be any slight variation in color as it depends on your monitor display of colours.
3. Closet Affaires will try our best to ensure that measurements for products displayed are accurate. However, due to the different types of fabrics/materials used for the items, actual measurements of individual items may vary.
4. All goods sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
5. No changes or cancellations may be made to your order once pre-orders close.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
1. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
2. All prices are nett unless otherwise stated. Updates/changes in pricing will be announced on our site accordingly.
3. Upon receipt of your order via email, we will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge your order and confirm the total cost of your purchase.
4. Upon receipt of the confirmation email from Closet Affaires, please make payment via ATM funds transfer or Internet Banking, and send an email to closet.affaires@gmail.com, quoting the payment transaction details as stipulated in The Shopper's Guide
5. Upon receipt of your email and payment, we will process your order. Please note that orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully credited to our bank account.
6. Should item(s) be out of stock after payment has been made, Closet Affaires will refund the full payment made for the item(s).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Items will arrive in Singapore in approximately two (2) weeks from date of pre-order closure. Closet Affaires will mail out your items within the next 5 days.
2. SingPost normally takes two (2) to four (4) working days to deliver items (excluding weekends/public holidays).
3. Closet Affaires will not be responsible for any items that are lost in transit. Buyers are encouraged to opt for Registered Post for delivery.
Closet Affaires reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions, as and where necessary at its absolute discretion.
